First sovereign deployment
Air-gapped production system for a government client — fully in-country, fully owned, zero external calls.

Academy launched
Local talent program begins — graduates staff the very deployments they helped design.

Platform suite released
The tools we used internally become a productised sovereign AI Platform & IT Suite, and first agentic workers go live in ministries, banks and hospitals.
